2nd Dan
I started doing Teakwondo in the little kid’s class at age 4, a year later my first Teakwondo instructor moved me into the actual class at age 5. A year after I was put into the actual class Master Chae took over the classes. I have now been in Teakwondo for about 11 years and it has been a growing passion for me. I originally was forced to go by my parents, and at the age of 12 quit when I was a blue belt. A year or so later I decided to go back and get my black belt and continue on with the sport. In September of 2010 I revised my first black belt, I was so exited and happy, it was an amazing experience and I got to spend it with all my Teakwondo family. I also dance; I have danced since the age of 3, and currently dance on The Classical Academy’s Dance Team. Both Dance and Teakwondo have helped me a lot through my life and have given me more confidence in my self. I am currently a sophomore at The Classical Academy or TCA. TCA is a very difficult school, but because of the push from Teakwondo I have been able to push through it. Teakwondo is a very good experience and I’m very happy I was put into it.
